As a Buddy Baby customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a specified period, without the need to justify your decision and without any penalty. Below, we explain how to exercise this right, the conditions that apply, and the exceptions.
1.Period for exercising the right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.

3. Return Conditions
To ensure a return is accepted:

The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for products that by their nature cannot be returned (for example, hygienic items such as pacifiers, baby bottles, or diapers once opened).

The customer will be responsible for the direct costs of return, unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
4. Refunds
Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will proceed with the refund of the total amount (including standard shipping costs) within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until the consumer has provided proof of returning them, whichever condition is met first.
